Refund Policy

We want you to love the Vault. Because it's a digital product delivered instantly and kept forever, we generally cannot offer refunds once the files have been downloaded, the same way most digital downloads work.

If something's wrong

If your files won't open, the download link fails, or you were charged in error, email hello@pregnancyvault.comwithin 14 days and we'll make it right with a working file or, where appropriate, a refund.

Duplicate purchases

Accidentally bought twice? Let us know and we'll refund the duplicate promptly.

This policy doesn't affect any statutory rights you may have under the consumer laws of your country.
